Last updated: May 22, 2026

About Snoodlr

Snoodlr provides AI-assisted tools for businesses to manage customer conversations, answer questions, capture leads, organize knowledge sources, and respond through supported channels such as website chat and connected social channels.

Snoodlr may be offered as a self-serve product, managed beta, free plan, paid plan, or pilot program. Some features may be experimental, limited, or manually configured during beta.

Accounts and tenant responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, workspace, tenant, property, or connected channel.

You must provide accurate account, business, property, billing, and contact information. You must keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and suitability of all information, documents, websites, knowledge sources, business details, instructions, and integrations you upload, approve, connect, or publish through Snoodlr.

Product updates and email communications

By creating an account, registering, signing in, connecting a property, installing an integration, or otherwise using Snoodlr, you understand and agree that the email address associated with your account or product use may be saved to Snoodlr's product updates mailing list.

You may receive important product updates, service announcements, feature changes, onboarding guidance, security notices, billing or plan notices, and related product communications from Snoodlr.

You may opt out of optional marketing emails where available, but essential service, security, billing, legal, and account-related communications may still be sent.

Authority to connect channels

If you connect or authorize a third-party service, including a Facebook Page or other Meta asset, you confirm that you have the legal right and necessary authority to connect that asset and allow Snoodlr to access, process, and respond to messages, comments, metadata, and related data for that asset.

During a managed beta or assisted onboarding process, Snoodlr may complete parts of the setup manually after you authorize the Page, property, or channel. This may include configuring webhook subscriptions, storing encrypted access tokens, linking the Page to your Snoodlr property, and enabling automation settings.

You must not connect Pages, accounts, properties, websites, or channels that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

Third-party platforms and integrations

Snoodlr depends on third-party platforms and services, including Meta, AI providers, hosting providers, database providers, email providers, analytics tools, and payment processors.

Your use of connected services remains subject to the terms, policies, permissions, rate limits, review processes, and technical restrictions of those third-party platforms.

Snoodlr is not responsible for outages, API changes, permission changes, account restrictions, platform reviews, delivery failures, messaging limits, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.

For Meta integrations, Snoodlr may only access and process data for Pages, accounts, or assets you connect or authorize.

AI-generated responses

Snoodlr uses AI systems to generate, suggest, classify, route, or send replies. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inappropriate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific situation.

You remain responsible for reviewing and supervising automated replies, deciding whether automation should be enabled, configuring business knowledge and instructions accurately, monitoring public and private conversations, correcting or disabling unsuitable responses, and complying with laws, platform rules, and customer obligations.

Snoodlr is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, emergency, or regulated advice. You must not rely on Snoodlr for high-risk decisions.

Public replies and comments

If comment automation or public reply features are enabled, Snoodlr may generate and post replies that are publicly visible. Public replies carry reputational and customer-service risk.

You are responsible for deciding whether public comment automation is appropriate for your business and for monitoring public responses.

Snoodlr may apply confidence checks, safety checks, review queues, or automation limits, but we do not guarantee that every unsuitable reply will be blocked.

Lead capture and customer data

Snoodlr may collect and store lead information, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content, conversation history, source channel, timestamps, and related context.

You are responsible for ensuring that your own customers, visitors, and end users receive any notices or consents required by applicable law before their data is processed through Snoodlr.

You must not use Snoodlr to collect sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

Free plans, beta access, and quotas

Free plans, beta plans, trials, pilot programs, features, quotas, retention limits, usage limits, support levels, and access levels may be changed, reduced, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Free access does not guarantee continued access to the same features, quotas, channels, or limits.

During beta, Snoodlr may change product behavior, automation rules, supported channels, review controls, onboarding requirements, and limits as the product evolves.

Paid plans, pricing, renewals, and cancellation

Paid plan prices, features, quotas, usage limits, and billing terms may change.

For active paid subscriptions, price changes will generally apply at the next renewal or billing cycle unless otherwise stated or required by law. Where required, Snoodlr or its payment provider may provide notice before a new price is charged.

You may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges. Cancellation must be completed at least 1 day before renewal unless a different deadline is shown in the billing interface or required by the payment provider.

If you do not cancel before renewal, your subscription may renew automatically and you may be charged according to the then-current plan, pricing, taxes, and billing terms.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Data use for free plans and product improvement

For free plans, beta plans, and trials, Snoodlr may use account data, usage metrics, lead-capture outcomes, chat/debug logs, conversation metadata, integration activity, and similar service data to operate, debug, secure, improve, train, test, analyze, and market Snoodlr, where permitted by law and applicable platform rules.

Snoodlr may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, benchmarking, training, product development, and marketing.

Snoodlr will not use identifiable customer names, logos, screenshots, private conversations, or lead details in public marketing without permission.

Snoodlr does not sell personal information.

Acceptable use

You must not use Snoodlr to violate laws, regulations, or platform rules; impersonate others or misrepresent authorization; connect accounts or Pages you do not control; send spam, scams, deceptive messages, or abusive content; collect sensitive data without lawful basis; upload malware or harmful code; attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions; or use Snoodlr for illegal, high-risk, emergency, medical, legal, financial, weapons, extremist, sexual, or harmful use cases.

Snoodlr may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, platform, reputational, or operational risk.

Security and access tokens

Snoodlr uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted storage of access tokens where applicable.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Snoodlr does not guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, service interruption, or security incidents will never occur.

You are responsible for managing who has access to your Snoodlr account, workspace, connected Pages, and third-party assets.

Disconnecting channels

You may disconnect or delete a connected Page, property, or integration from Snoodlr. Disconnecting stops future processing and automation for that connected asset.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete all previously stored data. Stored data may remain subject to Snoodlr's retention, backup, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and security requirements. You may request deletion under the Data Deletion policy.

You may also need to remove Snoodlr from the relevant third-party platform directly, such as Meta Business Integrations or Page settings.

Availability and changes

Snoodlr is provided on an as available and as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available service.

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Snoodlr at any time, including features, channels, integrations, quotas, plans, pricing, and automation behavior.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated or notice is required by law. Continued use of Snoodlr after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoodlr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, platform suspension, customer complaints, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoodlr's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Snoodlr during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For free plans, beta plans, trials, or unpaid pilots, Snoodlr's liability is limited to zero or the minimum amount permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Snoodlr harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Snoodlr, your connected channels, your content, your instructions, your customers, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party platform rules.
