Last updated: May 22, 2026

Information we collect

Snoodlr may collect account information, tenant and business information, knowledge content, conversation and lead data, integration data, usage and diagnostic data, and billing data.

Account information includes name, email, password/authentication information, language preference, account status, login records, and support communications.

Tenant and business information includes business name, property name, website URL, business description, contact details, address, industry tags, instructions, onboarding information, and settings.

Knowledge content includes website content, uploaded documents, scanned pages, Page posts, approved business information, FAQs, product or offering details, and other content you provide or authorize Snoodlr to process.

Conversation and lead data includes chat transcripts, messages, comments, AI-generated replies, manual replies, lead details, names, emails, phone numbers, source channel, timestamps, confidence labels, review states, and related conversation metadata.

For connected services such as Meta, Snoodlr may collect selected Page metadata, Page identifiers, encrypted access tokens, webhook events, new inbox messages, new comments, message delivery records, integration status, and related configuration.

Usage and diagnostic data includes usage records, quota consumption, debug logs, error logs, device/browser information, IP address, timestamps, API activity, performance data, and security logs.

Billing data includes plan, subscription status, invoices, billing identifiers, payment provider references, and related transaction metadata. Payment card details may be handled by payment providers and may not be stored directly by Snoodlr.

Meta and Facebook Page data

When you connect or authorize a Facebook Page or other Meta asset, Snoodlr may process Page ID and Page name, Page category and profile metadata, encrypted Page access tokens, webhook subscription status, new Messenger messages received after connection, new Page comments received after connection if comment features are enabled, AI-generated replies and sent replies, Page posts or selected Page content imported into a knowledge base if enabled, and raw webhook events needed for debugging, security, and reliability.

Snoodlr only processes Meta-related data for Pages or assets you connect or authorize.

Deleting data from Snoodlr does not delete content from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other Meta services. You must manage third-party platform data directly inside those services.

How we use information

Snoodlr may use information to create and manage accounts, operate the Snoodlr portal and integrations, connect Pages, properties, and channels, receive and organize messages, comments, and leads, generate, suggest, classify, route, and send AI-assisted replies, build and search tenant-approved knowledge bases, show conversations in the social inbox, route uncertain or sensitive items for review, prevent abuse, fraud, spam, and misuse, secure and monitor the service, debug errors and improve reliability, measure usage and enforce quotas, provide support, process billing and subscriptions, comply with legal and platform obligations, and improve, test, train, analyze, and develop Snoodlr.

Product updates and email communications

When you create an account, register, sign in, connect a property, install an integration, or otherwise use Snoodlr, the email address associated with your account or product use may be saved to Snoodlr's product updates mailing list.

Snoodlr may use that email address to send important product updates, service announcements, feature changes, onboarding guidance, security notices, billing or plan notices, and related product communications.

You may opt out of optional marketing emails where available, but Snoodlr may still send essential service, security, billing, legal, or account-related communications.

AI, training, analytics, and marketing use

For free plans, beta plans, trials, and unpaid pilots, Snoodlr may use usage data, chat/debug logs, lead-capture outcomes, conversation metadata, AI interaction logs, and integration activity to improve, test, train, secure, analyze, and market Snoodlr, where permitted by law and applicable platform rules.

Snoodlr may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, benchmarking, training, product development, and marketing.

Snoodlr will not publicly disclose identifiable customer conversations, lead details, customer names, logos, screenshots, or case studies for marketing without permission.

Snoodlr does not sell personal information.

Legal bases and user responsibility

Depending on your location and the data involved, Snoodlr may process information based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, or other lawful bases.

If you use Snoodlr for your business, you are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents from your own customers, visitors, leads, or end users.

You are responsible for ensuring that using Snoodlr complies with laws that apply to your business, industry, location, and customers.

Sharing and processors

Snoodlr may share information with service providers and processors only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers, database and storage providers, AI model providers, email and notification providers, analytics and logging providers, payment processors, third-party integration platforms, and security, fraud-prevention, and support tools.

For Meta integrations, Snoodlr exchanges messages, comments, webhook events, and related data with Meta APIs only as needed for the connected Page or asset.

Snoodlr may disclose information if required by law, legal process, platform compliance review, security investigation, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.

Data retention

Snoodlr retains information while needed to provide the service, maintain connected integrations, preserve conversation history and lead records, support debugging and security, comply with legal, billing, tax, accounting, and platform obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary by data type, plan, feature, and legal requirement.

Free plans and beta plans may have different retention periods, limits, or deletion schedules than paid plans.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of account, tenant, property, lead, conversation, integration, or Meta-related data by following the Data Deletion instructions.

Deleting a Page or integration from Snoodlr stops future processing for that connected asset, but does not automatically delete all previously stored records unless a deletion request is submitted and verified.

Some data may be retained for limited periods where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, billing, dispute resolution, backups, or platform compliance.

Security

Snoodlr uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Where applicable, access tokens are stored encrypted.

However, no system is completely secure. Snoodlr cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, service interruption, or security incidents will never occur.

You should protect your account credentials, limit access to your workspace, and disconnect integrations you no longer use.

International processing

Snoodlr and its providers may process and store information in different countries. By using Snoodlr, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in locations outside your country of residence.

Children

Snoodlr is not intended for children. You must not use Snoodlr to knowingly collect personal information from children unless you have a lawful basis and all required consents.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated or notice is required by law.

Continued use of Snoodlr after updates means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
