How to request deletion of Snoodlr account data, tenant data, and Meta integration data.

How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to privacy@snoodlr.com. Use the email address associated with your Snoodlr account where possible.
Include your Snoodlr account email, tenant or workspace name, property name, connected Facebook Page name or Page ID if applicable, the type of data you want deleted, and whether you want full account deletion or only integration/channel deletion.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What can be deleted
Depending on your request and verification, Snoodlr can delete or disable account records, tenant/workspace records, property records, uploaded knowledge sources, website indexing records, chat transcripts, lead records, social inbox threads, social messages, webhook events, Meta connection records, encrypted access tokens, selected Facebook Page metadata, imported Facebook Page post knowledge documents, and integration settings and automation settings.
Meta and Facebook Page data deletion
For Facebook Page integrations, Snoodlr can delete stored Meta connection records, encrypted tokens, selected Page metadata, webhook-only inbox/comment records, imported Page post knowledge documents, and related integration data associated with your tenant.
Disconnecting or deleting a Page from Snoodlr stops future processing and automated replies for that Page.
However, disconnecting a Page does not automatically delete all previously stored records. Submit a deletion request if you want historical Snoodlr-stored integration data deleted.
Deleting data from Snoodlr does not delete content from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other third-party services. You must manage those records directly in the relevant third-party account or platform.
Disconnection and revocation
You may disconnect a Page or integration inside Snoodlr where supported.
You may also revoke Snoodlr's access through the relevant third-party platform, such as Meta Business Integrations, Page settings, or account settings.
After access is revoked, Snoodlr may no longer receive new data from that Page or channel. Previously stored Snoodlr data may remain until deleted under this policy.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Some requests may take longer if they are complex, involve multiple systems, require identity verification, or are subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, accounting, dispute-resolution, backup, or platform-compliance requirements.
Data we may retain
Snoodlr may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents, resolve disputes, maintain billing and transaction records, enforce agreements, comply with platform requirements, keep backup systems for a limited period, or prove that a deletion or disconnection request was completed.
Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Backups
Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time until backup systems are overwritten or expired. Backup data is not used for normal service operation and is retained only for business continuity, security, or recovery purposes.
Deletion for end users
If you are an end user who messaged or commented on a business Page connected to Snoodlr, contact the business that owns the Page first. The business controls its Page, customer relationship, and Snoodlr workspace.
You may also contact Snoodlr at privacy@snoodlr.com, and we will review the request. We may need to coordinate with the relevant business customer before deleting data connected to their workspace.
Required information for Meta-related deletion requests
For Meta-related requests, include any of the following that you have: Facebook Page name, Facebook Page ID, Snoodlr tenant/workspace name, approximate date of the message or comment, your Facebook profile name or identifier if relevant, and the email address connected to your Snoodlr account if you are the business owner.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.
